PALS Courses


PALS Heartcode Courses Information

  • Northern Inyo Hospital provides Skills Checks for students who complete the PALS HeartCode self-study course.

  • There are a limited number of appointment dates and times available.

  • Interested students MUST secure an appointment for a skills check PRIOR to completing the PALS HeartCode course. 

  • Participants must present a valid AHA PALS HeartCode course completion certificate at the time of the skills check.

  • Send email to kathryn.erickson@nih.org to register. 

  • Include your phone number and the date for which you wish to register.

  • Only American Heart Association Approved Courses are accepted.  Find your course at http://www.onlineaha.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=info.pals

The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course des not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association, and any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course material, do not represent income to the Association.
