SPECIAL NOTICE: The Governor of the State of California has issued Executive Orders that temporarily suspend certain requirements of the Brown Act. Please be advised that the NIHD Board Room is closed to the public and that some or all of the District Board members may attend this meeting telephonically or via video conference. This meeting will be accessible to members of the public virtually and telephonically who seek to observe and address the Board of Directors, including giving public comments.
The Northern Inyo Healthcare District Board of Directors acts in the capacity of a governing board charged with the task of maintaining administration of policy necessary for the operation of Northern Inyo Healthcare District including Northern Inyo Hospital, Northern Inyo Associates, NIH Foundation and NIH Auxiliary.
