2024 Board Meetings
The Northern Inyo Healthcare District Board of Directors is a governing board charged with the task of maintaining administration of policy necessary for the operation of the Northern Inyo Healthcare District, including Northern Inyo Hospital, Northern Inyo Associates, NIH Foundation, and NIH Auxiliary.
NIHD holds its regularly scheduled board meetings on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Meetings are currently in a hybrid format. Members of the public are either encouraged to participate in the meeting virtually via the Zoom teleconferencing service, or are welcome to attend in person at the Birch Street Annex (2957 Birch Street, Bishop). - Agendas are posted 72 hours before regular meetings, and 24 hours before special meetings.
- Board Packets are often posted at the same time as the Agenda and include all public materials the Board receives prior to the meeting.
- Packet Supplements contain materials presented to the Board during a meeting and are posted after the meeting is completed, often the next day.
- Meeting Minutes are posted as soon as available.
