The Northern Inyo Healthcare District Board of Directors oversees policies essential for the operation of NIHD, including Northern Inyo Hospital, Northern Inyo Associates, the NIH Foundation, and the NIH Auxiliary.

The NIHD Board of Directors meets at 10 a.m. on the third Wednesday of each month. If there is need for a closed session, those will begin at 8:30 a.m. The public may participate via Zoom or attend in person at the Birch Street Annex, 2957 Birch Street in Bishop.
