About Mammoth Orthopedic Institute

Drs. Michael Karch, Timothy Crall and Brian Gilmer founded Mammoth Orthopedic Institute with a vision to advance orthopedic care throughout the Eastern Sierra. Dr. Stephen Knecht joined the practice in 2019, followed by Dr. Tyler Williamson in 2024, expanding orthopedic services that support both Mammoth Hospital and Northern Inyo Hospital.
