Minimally Invasive Robotic Surgery

Robotic surgery is quickly becoming the standard for hospitals and clinics. These state-of-the-art devices allow surgeons to perform operations with greater precision and smaller incisions. This means less risk of infection, faster post-surgery recovery, and reduced physical strain for the patient.

Robotic surgery does not mean that a machine performs the operation. Rather, a surgeon operates a console that controls small robotic limbs equipped with numerous tools and capable of making very steady and precise movements. These robotic limbs can move like a human hand except with a greater range of motion.

Surgeons perform the operation in real time using state-of-the-art imaging technology while performing the procedure.
