Drs. Karch, Crall, and Gilmer founded Mammoth Orthopedic Institute with a vision to advance musculoskeletal care throughout the Eastern Sierra. With the addition of Dr. Knecht in 2019 and Dr. Williamson in 2024, we have expanded our orthopedic services to support both Mammoth Hospital and Northern Inyo Hospital.
