This group is designed to help lead you to healing and a renewed hope for the future in a warm, supportive, and safe environment by:
Learning about the grief process
Gaining healthy coping and adapting skills
Receiving emotional support through mutual expression of thoughts and feelings
Working through your own Grief Support Handbook
Grieving is difficult. Grieving through a pandemic compounds your loss. Don’t struggle alone. Join others and find hope and meaning.
