DOWNSIZE YOUR YOUR DRINK

  • Consider whether a smaller size will hit the spot.

DO DAIRY DIFFERENTLY

  • For lattes and cappuccinos, shift from whole milk to low fat or skim. Non-Dairy milk is also often lower in calories.

SKIP THE WHIP

  • Leave off the extras! The calories from whip cream and sugary toppings like caramel really add up.

CUT THE SYRUP IN HALF

  • Ask for fewer pumps of your desired drink. Sprinkle cinnamon or cocoa powder for added flavor without added sugar.

SHARE YOUR SWEETS

  • To cut back on calories and guilt, share a scone with a special friend. Purchase a mini version of your favorite treat.
